PRICE EXCLUDES:

• Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, shopping...) 
• Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.

TIP POLICY 

• Tip for driver & guide is compulsory and is already included in the package cost
• Tip for bellman, boat, cruise, cyclo, restaurants…is extra and optional upon your satisfaction

CHILD POLICY:

• Children age is counted as per year, not month
• Child 11 years old and above or of height 130 cms and above will be calculated as an adult 
• Child 0-3 years old or under 100 cm: FOC but any expense (cruise, entrance fee, seaters in joining bus, visa) will be paid by own on spot

REMARK:

• Price based on twin/triple sharing room per person
• Single occupancy – supplement charges will be USD 450 extra  
• Airfare is same for children from 2-year-old and adult

E-VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENT:

• A Passport with at least 6 months’ validity
• Passport copies in color, straight, full page – not any conner missed, no fingers, no shadow, high quality.
• Passport size photo with white background, no spectacles, ears visible
• 7 working days for processing

COST PER ADULT ON TWIN / TRIPLE SHARING : INR 1,75,000

COST PER CHILD WITH BED (up till 11 yrs)         : INR 1,50,000

COST PER CHILD WITHOUT BED (up till 11 yrs) : INR 1,30,000

• Deposit amount INR 75,000 as soon as booking confirmed and it is non-refundable
• Any cancellation between 60 Days – 45 Days before arrival date: 50% of package cost
• Any cancellation between 44 Days –30 Days before arrival date: 75% of package cost
• Any cancellation less than 29 Days: 100% of package cost
