50% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Important Notes Regarding Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably via email to info@zioneventsandtours.com. The date of receipt of your email will be considered the date of cancellation.
- For certain bookings—such as those involving non-refundable flights, accommodations, or specific events—a higher cancellation fee or no refund may apply, regardless of the timeframe. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- If you wish to postpone or amend your booking, it will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per the policies of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation and credited back to the original mode of payment. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Cancellation by Zion Events and Tours:
We strive to operate all our tours and travel arrangements as planned. However, there may be instances where we must cancel a booking due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Force Majeure Events: Including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
- Insufficient Number of Participants: For group tours, if the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
If We Cancel Your Booking:
You will have the option of:
- Receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
- Choosing an alternative tour or travel arrangement of comparable value, subject to availability. If the alternative is costlier, the difference must be paid by you.
We will notify you of the cancellation as early as possible.
In case of Force Majeure, while we aim to offer a full refund, certain service providers may have non-refundable clauses. These will affect the final refund amount, and we will inform you transparently.
Special Considerations:
- Flights: Governed by airline policies. We will assist you, but final charges and refunds depend on the airline’s terms.
- Accommodation: Varies by property. You will be informed of the applicable terms at the time of booking.
- Visa and Travel Documents: Zion Events and Tours is not responsible for issues arising from visa rejections or invalid documents. Such cases will be treated as customer cancellations and charges will apply accordingly.
Amendments to the Cancellation Policy:
Zion Events and Tours reserves the right to revise or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our official website.
By booking with Zion Events and Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
Vietnam Travel FAQs for Indian Travelers
Visa & Documentation
Do Indian citizens require a visa for Vietnam?
Yes, Indian passport holders must obtain a valid visa before entering Vietnam. You can apply for an e-visa through the official Vietnam e-visa portal or through the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate General in India. The e-visa is valid for up to 90 days and can be single or multiple entry.
What documents are required for the Vietnam e-visa application?
You need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity, a recent passport-size photograph (white background), and a confirmed travel itinerary. Upload your documents on the official portal and receive approval via email within 3–5 working days.
Is visa-on-arrival available for Indians?
Indian travelers can get visa-on-arrival only if they have a pre-approval letter from a Vietnamese travel agency. Without this document, obtaining a visa on arrival is not possible. Applying online through the official e-visa portal is the more convenient alternative.

Where should I exchange currency in Vietnam?
Exchange USD at local gold shops or authorized money changers in the city for the best rates. Avoid exchanging at airports where rates are less favorable. Always carry fresh, new USD 100 bills for better exchange rates.
