Exclusions

• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control, such as rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, and political disturbances.
• Entrance fees to monuments and museums
• All personal expenses
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions list

• The rates listed above are on a per-person basis.
• Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking

• 50% advance to confirm booking, balance due 7 days before check-in.
• Bank details are attached for reference.
• PAN mandatory for cash deposits above ₹50,000.
• Cash not accepted above ₹1,99,000 by Section 269ST. 

Bank Details 

1. Cancellation by the Customer

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation request relative to the scheduled departure:

• 45 days & above prior to departure:
  10% of the total booking cost will be charged as banking and administrative fee.
  The balance amount can be adjusted toward a future booking with us.
• 30 to 45 days prior to departure:
  50% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  The remaining balance will be refunded.
• Within 30 days or in case of No Show:
  100% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  No refund will be provided.

Important Notes:

• Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking amount, not just the advance paid.
• Jeep safari bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.
• Flight tickets are non-refundable once issued and subject to airline cancellation policies.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to: info@zioneventsandtours.com
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (subject to your bank's processing time).
• Date amendments or postponement requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation by Zion Events and Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Minimum Group Size Not Met: In the case of group departures.

In such cases, customers may opt for:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or
• Rescheduling the trip or selecting an alternative tour of comparable value (additional charges may apply if the new tour is higher in value).

Please note:
In force majeure cases, some suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) may enforce non-refundable clauses, which may affect the final refundable amount. We will communicate such deductions transparently.

3. Special Considerations

• Flights: Subject to airline-specific cancellation policies. Zion Events and Tours will assist with cancellation processing but is not responsible for refund decisions.
• Accommodation: Cancellation rules vary depending on the property and will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
• Visa/Documentation Issues: Zion Events and Tours is not liable for cancellations due to visa rejections, passport issues, or any missing documents. These will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.

4. Policy Amendments

Zion Events and Tours reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our official website.

By confirming a booking with Zion Events and Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above cancellation terms.
