Itinerary
With your arrival at Srinagar airport, you will meet your tour guide and will be transferred to the Houseboat. Check-in at your booked Houseboat, and spend the day at leisure. Later you will enjoy 1hour Shikara ride in the evening. You will spend the night at the houseboat.
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning and later proceed for the sightseeing. Visit Chashmi-e Shahi that is the Royal Spring which commands a magnificent view of Dal Lake. Then proceed towards the Nishat Bagh that is known as the Garden of pleasure. It is located on the bank of Dal Lake with Zabarwan Mountains in the back. In the evening visit the Shalimar Bagh. This abode of Love was built by Emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Nur Jehan. By the night you will return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Enjoy your morning breakfast and head out for your Pahalgam tour. With a 2 hour-34min drive you will reach the Pahalgam Valley of Shepherds. It is a resort set in a pristine village lying next to the Lidder River. Take a tour to Kokernag that is a beautiful scenic place and is famous for its trout streams and the largest freshwater spring in Kashmir. Visit the Achabal Gardens that is famous for its roses.After the complete day tour to Pahalgam, return back to the hotel at Srinagar for dinner and stay at the hotel.
Before leaving for the airport you will be served the appetizing breakfast at the hotel. Later check out and get transferred to the Srinagar airport for your flight to onward destination. This ends the memorable tour to Kashmir.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)
• Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to the increase in the cost of surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

Complaints
We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Chal Banjare Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers. On the extra cost as applicable by the region union or standard price.
Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELATION POLICY
- For the services contracted, 30% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis . We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season full payment is required to be sent in advance
